This page describes how the Prism community website uses your information.
What the website stores
Discord sign-in links your Discord account ID and display name to your website account. The site stores your approved characters, event signups, membership applications and character change requests. Sessions are stored server-side and expire after 30 days. Active signed-in accounts have their Discord access rechecked periodically.
Who can see it
Approved character details are public. Discord member names and synced ranks in the Team directory are visible only to accounts with the required Discord member or officer access. Event signup details are available to members and officers. Signup notes are visible to event participants, so avoid putting private information in them. Applications and character requests are restricted to the applicant and management. News and archive photos follow their public, member or officer audience.
Discord and embedded media
When configured and enabled for a post or event, announcements can be sent to Discord. Local demo sharing is disabled. Video thumbnails load from YouTube; opening a video loads a YouTube player. Class icons are served locally.
Requests and contact
Contact Prism management through the Prism Discord server to ask about your stored data, corrections or account removal. A self-service account deletion tool and automatic retention policy are not available yet.
